Great location and wonderful breakfast

The proximity to downtown and outdoor activities was a big plus for us. I did notice that the decor felt quite dated and could use some refreshing.

I enjoyed my stay with a beautiful view from my Queen Room, although the outdated decor could use some attention. The friendly staff's accommodating nature, alongside a good breakfast offering.

The room I stayed in was pet-friendly and updated with amenities.

We enjoyed skiing at Boyne Mountain and hiking around the Great Lakes. The staff was super nice, and breakfast was a hit for everyone. Just a heads-up, the hotel could use a bit of a facelift, but for the price and location, it was worth it.

Unfortunately, the room cleanliness was an issue. The carpet had some stains that were noticeable, and the thin walls made it hard to get a good night's sleep with all the noise from the hallways.

the room was updated and tidy with 2 queen beds, i had a good rest. location: the hotel was just next door to legs restaurant, and charlevoix for a family wedding. the pool was nice and i had hot drinks in the coffee bar.

Great spot for a quick break

Friendly staff, clean facilities, including the nice indoor pool, provide a cute atmosphere for relaxation after a day of cycling downtown or enjoying the beautiful views from the back of the hotel.

Bathrooms could use an update.

The indoor pool felt inviting, perfect for families. The hot tub provided a nice way to relax after a long day. The location outside the city center offered some peace and quiet. Unfortunately, the room showed signs of wear. The carpet had noticeable stains, and the furniture felt outdated. I booked a room with a lake view, but instead had a view of the parking lot. Breakfast options were limited. Just decent enough to start the day but could use more variety. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
